A nie da się łopatologicznie? – wrzucić na serwer plik 1 MB i pobrać go na PDA mierząc czas ? Warunek – serwer musi mieć szybkie łacze – szybsze niż HSDPA w telefonie bo na wolnym serwerze wyniki mogą być zafałszowane.

A tak na marginesie to słyszałem na jakiejś konferencji o komórkach, ze stacje bazowe mają łącza 2 MBit/s, więc HSDPA 7.2 Mbit to fikcja. te 2 Mbit muszą być w dodatku dzielone między userów.
